The low alcohol content makes for a mild and pleasant beer, which still retains the fruity aroma of an IPA and pale ale. We chose a New Zealand hops, Rakau, for a potent taste of fruit which lends the flavour and aroma of an entire orchard of fruit. The flavours in this beer include apricot, plum, mango and pear. 24/7 is dry-hopped with Cascade, which leaves an aftertaste with a subtle grapefruit kick.

Stallhagen is a microbrewery on Åland, in the middle of the archipelago between Sweden and Finland. As inhabitants of the archipelago, we are used to finding the means to provide for our own needs.
